1 Introduction & Consent

X999bdt may request a copy of your National ID (NID), birth certificate, or passport for age verification at any time. Failure to submit the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in your account being suspended.

• If someone uses an account on behalf of a minor, action will be taken against both parties.
• If age verification fails, all deposited funds will be returned, but any bonuses will be forfeited.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Live Betting

1. Creating or operating multiple accounts.
2. Placing bets using automated bots, scripts, or software.
3. Attempting to exploit the bonus system for dishonest financial gain.
4. Using funds from money laundering or illegal sources on the platform.
5. Using another user's information or account.
6. Participating in match fixing or any other fraudulent activity.
7. Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the x999bdt system.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

X999bdt may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a terms violation is found.
• Failure to complete KYC or age verification.
• When suspicious or unusual transaction patterns are detected.
• To comply with a court order or directive from a regulatory authority.
• At the user's own request (voluntary break).

Upon account closure, any verified balance (excluding bonuses) is generally refunded within 5–7 business days, provided there is no forfeiture order due to a terms violation.
